Location: Botanic Garden
okay, so now i have some information i need in order get a new home here in dunedin.
what is that info you might ask... well you should ask it really, as opposed to maybe asking...
it's an address, and as fortune would have it the place i'm aiming for isn't all that far from the university. all i have to do is once again follow the aqua-duck... or sorry the "leith" as people around here keep insist it is called...
which isn't too bad a walk at all. in fact i'm really digging it. though not quite a fountain or the ocean the leith is really cool. water is just neat stuff.
after just two blocks of following the leith i came across the only major obstacle between the uni and my destination. the dunedin botanic garden. this place is apparently a really special one to the city.
people from all over town come daily to enjoy it's various cool things.
i'm totally following the locals line of logic here... this place has a swing within meters of the entrance! what fun convience!
wow man that was a fun distraction!
though i realized that it was a waste of time, and that fulfilling my government criteria is way more important then swinging!
well okay... after swinging for a few more minutes...
so after that fun little detour, onwards i trekked further into the park. fortunately the whole way the leith was in full view. meaning that the park wasn't too much of an obstacle at all!
my destination was just on the other side of the park and lay along the leith as well. all i had to do was follow the water and i'd be there in no time...
you think that i would have had no problems...
well this is ME people of the web wide world, and just when you think i shoulda learned a lesson or two from all the stuff of the past... well my mini intellect fails me again... or rather in this case my hardwired t-rex/dinosaurian instinct...
you see the vegetation in many portions of the park is just so nice and dense and prehistoricy looking... well i suddenly had an urge to run off into it and roam...
well i kinda got lost...
i'll have to get back to you in a little while... in the meantime need to really get my bearings, and hunt for a hadrosaur... or i mean find my destination...
